Buffering or No Video? Just try refreshing your browser window. Some browsers seem to require this.

For full screen video: When you mouse over the video window, you should see a full screen icon in the lower right corner of the player. Click on this to expand your view to full screen. Hit the same button again or the escape on your keyboard to exit full screen.
